Relevant Experience:

Lydia has experience in various litigation matters, including debt recovery, possession claims, contract disputes and landlord and tenant matters. Lydia also has experience in transactional work including Lease Extensions, Enfranchisement, Licences to Assign and Licences for Alterations. She also deals with company matters including amending the constitution of a company and providing advice on company law.

Career:

Prior to joining Gregsons Lydia worked for Murray Hay Solicitors whilst completing her LLM Law Conversion Course. Lydia joined Gregsons in January 2022 and will qualify as a solicitor through the SQE route.

Interests:

Outside the office, Lydia enjoys cooking, kickboxing, walking her dog and socialising with friends.
