Relevant Experience:

Duncan was successively Head of the Private Client and Residential Property Departments at McKenna & Co (now CMS Cameron McKenna) who he joined after his articles in 1969. Duncan established a team advising on tax and property aspects of UK property acquisition whilst at McKenna & Co. In 1991 Duncan moved with his team to Wedlake Bell. After Duncan retired from Wedlake Bell he joined Gregsons as a consultant bringing unparalleled skills and experience.

Career:

1964 – 1969: Articled at Booth & Co, Leeds (now Addleshaw Goddard).
1969 -1991: McKenna & Co (CMS Cameron McKenna).
1992 – 2005: Wedlake Bell.
2005 to date: Gregsons.

Memberships:

Law Society, FIA Historic Technical Working Group, Chairman of Formula Junior Historic Racing Association and the RAC Club.

Interests:

Historic racing cars, Italy, genealogy and Wimbledon AFC.

Education:

After leaving Sedbergh, Duncan entered articles with Booth & Co.
